They are seeking a Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Client Services Specialist to join their esteemed team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to gather all necessary financial data for the preparation of SMSF financial reports, tax returns, and audits.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all SMSF paperwork and transactions before passing them on to our expert accountants and auditors.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Utilize cutting-edge accounting software to reconcile transactions with precision.
  • Client Support: Address client queries and oversee the day-to-day operations of SMSFs, providing exceptional phone and written support to resolve SMSF-related inquiries.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain impeccable regulatory compliance through meticulous recordkeeping.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage various ad-hoc administrative tasks and assist with other duties as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance our business processes while adhering to existing procedures.

Please Note: This role is not a traditional bookkeeping or payroll position; it's focused on delivering top-notch SMSF Administration services. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely updates, resolve inquiries, and collect essential documentation.

About You:

Relevant Experience: You bring a wealth of experience in Superannuation/SMSF Administration/Accounting, and possess deep knowledge of the SIS Act and Regulations.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Attention to Detail: Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills are second to none.
